@Parcel2Go very disappointing service. I’ve had a collection which wasn��t collected and the rebooked collection ALSO didn’t get collected. Just spent an hour on webchat - and the person helping finished their shift so ‘handed me over’ to a colleague who never materialised.

I was actually referring more to the Bank Holidays and missing PPA as a result thereof - apologies if I didn’t make that clear. Have you simply been told no PPA due to Bank Hols?
