From 01:30-15:30 MST CCBill will undergo a maintenance. Access to the admins will be down, non-transactional Datalink requests will be unavailable, reports will not update, and emails will not go out but will be queued. Transactions will not be impacted and no data will be lost.

On September 30, 2024,  10:00 AM-2:00 PM  (MST), we will conduct a CCBill systems maintenance. During the 10am to 11am portion of the maintenance window, users will trigger an error when attempting to save ENS configurations. Transaction processing will not be impacted.

On Sep 25, 2024, 10AM-2PM MST, we will conduct a planned maintenance. During this time Pay accounts cannot be logged into from a FlexForm, and users cannot login in to Pay Admin. Transaction processing will not be impacted, and forms currently in use will continue to function.
