@tapairportugal a whole group of people… with kids to get home to, families, jobs and you simply closed the gate in our face and told us it’s not your problem! All documents were filled out and submitted and cleared! The plane was still at the gte!! 30min before take off!!!

We were NEVER informed at the gates would close more than 20min before take off. We were at the gate over a half hour before waiting in line to get through!! NEVER in my LIFE!

@tapairportugal They shut everything down and walked away leaving us with no one to help us!! We have been trying to book tickets for the next and last flight to London but there is absolutely no one available at any desk that can offer us help!

@tapairportugal Closed the boarding gate on myself and 8 other passengers 20min before departure! Absolutely would nit let us board even though all boarding documents, covid docs, passages locator forms were submitted!!
