Who will you connect with today?
Connection is so important for our mental health & wellbeing and building a culture of belonging. Today is our department meeting and the 1st item on the agenda is for us to connect over lunch.
Some ways we in the People, Culture and Inclusion team share our identity:
1.Adding our pronouns to our email signatures
2.Wearing pronoun badges (which we collected for free at the #PrideCanterbury & #PrideMedway2022@CanterburyCCUni stalls)
How do you share your identity?
This week is the start of #NationalInclusionWeek. Inspired by @IncEmp's daily actions, each day this week we'll share ideas of some actions we can all take to celebrate inclusion at @CanterburyCCUni. Stay tuned to new learn ways we all can embrace #ThePowerOfNow.
