Did you know that Start-up 405, NEDC's Business Incubator Program is currently the only State Certified Business Incubator in Cleveland County?

Since the program began in 2001, we have had over 70 businesses in the program. Those business have employed over 764 employees with an annual payroll of $47.9 million and current updating indicates those number have increased significantly having an even greater economic impact.

Start-up 405 aims to help startup companies grow, prosper, and develop within the state of Oklahoma by providing a supportive environment and access to tools, resources, and technical assistance through tailored programming.
