If God calls you to the storm, He will equip you for the storm.
Mark 4:40-41
40 Then He said to them, “Why are you fearful? Do you still have no faith?” 41 And they were terrified and asked one another, “Who then is this? Even the wind and waves obey him!"

46 students, 7 leaders, and CLC are officially camp bound! We can’t wait to see what God has in store for SUMMER CAMP 2022! Please join us as we pray for a move of God and fresh outpouring of Holy Spirit on these students this week 🙌🙌
He desires to comfort you in your grief. Although you may feel alone, you are not. Psalm 34:18 says “The Lord is near to the brokenhearted and saves the crushed in spirit.” Matthew 5:4 says "Blessed are those who mourn, for they will be comforted."
As we recognize Father's Day today, we know that not everyone is celebrating. Perhaps you're mourning the loss of your dad or a child. Your heavenly father not only understands your sorrow, but he has experienced it Himself - personally.
Fathers… defend your families. “Don’t be afraid of them. Remember the Lord, who is great and awesome, and fight for your families, your sons and your daughters, your wives and your homes.”” - Nehemiah 4:14
Today, we celebrate with our African American brothers and sisters their freedom, strength and courage. “It is for freedom that Christ has set us free. Stand firm, then, and do not let yourselves be burdened again by a yoke of slavery.” - Galatians 5:1
For some, Father’s Day is a reminder of heartache or loss. Although you may feel sad or lonely or confused, you will never be abandoned by God.
2 Corinthians 6:18 says “I will be a Father to you, and you will be my sons and daughters, says the Lord Almighty.” #FathersDay
Give your dad what he really wants for Father’s Day, free Billy’s Boudin at Crossroads Church 😋 We’ll also have a special service geared just for him. See you tomorrow at 9am & 11am. #FathersDay2022#boudin#lafayette
Flags have a significant role in our lives, and they have become metaphorical for all kinds of things.
We flag someone down for a ride, we flag email addresses we hope to keep out of our inboxes and when we don’t feel good about something we refer to it as a red flag!
Many of these metaphors correlate well with important scriptural principles, so through this message series in June we intend to raise the flag on some things that really matter.
Some of us are just one decision away from disaster. God is raising some red flags in our lives...are we paying attention?

Have you ever felt a red flag on the inside about something? Red flags are used for warning of impending danger. Did you know God waves red flags for us? He wants to keep you safe.
Psalms 81:8, “Hear, O my people, and I will warn you - if you would but listen to me, O Israel!”
