@AlokSah80268568 Refund amount will automatically be credited to your a/c at the time of cancellation for e-tkts. In case of counter tkts, you can cancel throu' mobile by dialing 139. Cancellation can also be done from any PRS counter by submitting original tkt within 90 days from dt of journey.

Sir, To get full refund, the balance may be claimed by filling Ticket Deposit Receipt. TDR can be obtained from the station within 90 days from journey date and the same can be filed for refund to CCM CLAIMS office within another 60 days.

#IRCTCsir I have cancelled the counter ticket today, journey date 24th April, according to railway seva given link (operation.irctc....), I have submitted, but they deducted the amount of each TKT. When the train will not run how the rail be charged the cancellation fees.

@RailMinIndia Sir, I bough a rail ticket on 07.02.2020 for 27.04.2020. The amount was Rs. 4020. For lockdown, the ticket was cancled automatically and return full amount of Rs. 4020 on 17.04.2020.
But the same was debitted again from my account.
Plz return back my money immdtly
