It’s basically a shortcut that takes the Canadian oil faster to Gulf markets to sell to foreign markets. Currently it goes to Midwest where it actually is refined and used in US.

@lonedirewuf @WNCN No. I suspect it would be the same recommendation as with a severe reaction to any OTC medication, call your doctor or seek immediate medical help. Can happen with any OTC med, this is no different.
