OpenClaw and the Atlassian MCP Server are now featured in SoloHost on Pi Desktop, expanding the range of self-hosted tools users can run locally.
OpenClaw offers a more contained local AI setup with streamlined installation, while the Atlassian MCP Server supports AI-integrated Jira workflows for professionals through a locally run connection.
Go to the Pi mining app to learn more about both apps and how SoloHost expands the utility of Pi Desktop and Nodes beyond blockchain infrastructure by bringing new AI and developer tools into the Pi ecosystem.
OpenPay Update — We’ve Completed Our Part @PiCoreTeam
To all Pi Pioneers questioning or criticizing OpenPay:
OpenPay has already completed and submitted the requirements on our side. We have submitted our KYB application, and we are also waiting for the required Mainnet listing, token launchpad, and other Pi Network-side approvals.
On the integration side, OpenPay has already implemented Pi Authentication and Pi Payments, and we have built our OUSD token ecosystem.
The screenshot above confirms that our KYB submission has been recorded.
At this point, the remaining steps are on the Pi Network side. We are still waiting for review, approval, and an official update. We cannot control the timeline of Pi Network’s internal verification and listing process.
We understand that some Pioneers are frustrated because they want to see OpenPay fully recognized on Mainnet. We are frustrated too. But please don’t assume that OpenPay is incomplete or ignoring the requirements.
We have done our part. Now we are waiting for Pi Network.
We will continue building, improving, and supporting the Pi ecosystem while we wait for the official response.
OpenPay is ready. We’re waiting for the green light.

Most of the world's governments and businesses don't operate in dollars.
Their debt is coming onchain anyway. Stellar now holds roughly $490M in tokenized non-US government debt, more than any other network. It has led the category since February.

Following the successful completion of the Protocol 26 upgrade on Pi Mainnet, Pi Testnet is upgrading to Protocol 27!
Protocol 27 introduces more flexible and secure smart contract authentication capabilities, enabling more advanced ways for accounts and applications to authorize transactions. The upgrade continues Pi’s broader work to incorporate newer protocol features and expand the network’s smart contract capabilities.
The target date for the Mainnet upgrade to 27 is September 15, 2026.
Along with the new Node 0.6.2 release, Pi has completed an initial distributed computing functionality test through SoloHost with five volunteer Node runners.
The devices operated by all five participants successfully completed the computing tasks sent to them automatically through a SoloHost app.
The test validated the end-to-end flow of tasks across real devices, including connecting to a Pi coordinator, receiving and processing computing jobs, and reporting results back.

The Pi Node version 0.6.2 has been released!
This introduces improvements to SoloHost, Node connectivity, and the Pi Desktop user experience.
In parallel, Pi has successfully completed a distributed computing test through a SoloHost app, further advancing the utility of Pi Nodes beyond supporting the Pi blockchain.
Together, these updates make it easier to run and manage applications on Pi Nodes and SoloHost, while advancing their distributed computing utility.

OpenPay is Officially Fully Released!
OpenPay is no longer in beta, under development, or a work in progress.
The platform is now fully released and functional, with its core payment features available and ready for use. This marks a major milestone for OpenPay and its vision of providing practical digital payment solutions within the Pi ecosystem.
At this stage, the remaining step is for the Pi Core Team to review and list OpenPay within the Pi Mainnet Ecosystem, making the platform accessible and discoverable through the official ecosystem.
OpenPay is ready. The platform is live. The infrastructure is in place. We are now waiting for ecosystem recognition.

This is the real question for @PiCoreTeam right now.
It’s not just “wen PiDEX?” — it’s whether the infra + developer stack is actually ready for serious DeFi apps.
Pi has massive distribution, KYC’d users, payments, and a huge community...
But if smart contracts are still early/testnet-level and most apps are still stuck waiting, builders need clarity before putting real capital and business risk on top of it
I do agree this is the sever bottleneck for many many years.. I tried to help when I was part of PCT with launching the first Pi Hackathons.
But it seems more so stuck on the infrastructure side and network level. Rather than the developers. There are so many developers wanting to build and launch Pi-based dapps..
Things do need to change & improve... don't have the answer - yet

PiVerify is a KYC identity verification service available to third-party companies, making Pi’s real-human verification capabilities available outside the Pi ecosystem.
With PiVerify, external platforms can verify their users, reduce fake or duplicate accounts, and support compliance-related identity workflows.
For businesses and platforms, the need is straightforward: many digital services need to know whether users are real people. Verified identities are needed for any meaningful transactions, especially in real-world economies.
PiVerify services are also paid for in Pi, which increases Pi utility.
By making this infrastructure available to third parties, the Pi2Day 2026 PiVerify release extends the utility of Pi’s verified identity technology and resources beyond Pi’s own apps and services.

Huge news! 📢 The #PiNetwork MiCA compliance whitepaper has been updated and filed; the official core team has completed all compliance documentation for the EU's MiCA regulations—a standard that even Binance has not yet fully met. This marks a critical breakthrough in the network's European market strategy. It explains why Pi hasn't listed on Binance; as I mentioned previously, OKX had already addressed this. 🚀#PiNetwork
Pi Network Makes New Push For AI Developers
Pi Network (@PiCoreTeam) has outlined how users can introduce Pi to AI developers ahead of Pi2Day on June 28.
Pioneers can win Pi merchandise by posting about Pi in vibe coder communities and submitting links through the Pi app.
The push centres on Pi App Studio, which lets developers plug existing AI-built apps into Pi's ecosystem.
Pi claims its network gives builders instant access to 60 million users, plus built-in payments, identity and ads infrastructure.
