In '94, @bcndp implement a wage enhancement for ECE's:1.60/hour. In 2019, @KatrinaCBurnaby offered 1.00/hour. 1.60 in 1994 equals 2.32 in 2019. 1.00 in 2019 equals .69 in 1994. Still think that 1.00 is a great step, @ECEBC1?
