It's Digital Citizenship Week! This week highlights the importance of teaching students to navigate the digital world safely and ethically. We're proud of Maryland's School Library Media Specialists for the essential role they play in shaping responsible digital citizens, ensuring that students develop the skills needed to thrive in an increasingly digital society. #DigCitWeek
Students in our Summer Boost program checked out almost 700 books this month! They read 142 novels, 217 picture books, and 325 nonfiction/graphic novels. The most popular nonfiction topic was animals (especially sharks & pets.
