There’s literally not enough bodies in schools to accommodate student needs in any way. Folks who do interventions get pulled to sub every day. Ts get pulled to cover other classes every day. It’s so painfully unsustainable yet we’re talking about test scores.

Today, JLARC presented policy options to make Virginia’s tax code more fair. Why is this important? Right now, Virginia’s upside-down tax code has a teacher making a taxable income of $50,000 paying the same tax rate as a millionaire!
