@EmiratesSupport The issue was that the call centre couldn’t tell her what the specific meal was for my nephew on the plane despite having the adult menu available online. Your agent was very unhelpful. I’ve flown with you numerous times and found the way she’s been helped /advised disappointing

@emirates @EmiratesSupport your call center staff are so unhelpful. My 7yr old nephew has allergies and trying to find out what meal & ingredients will be on his flight on Sunday is like trying to pick the correct lottery numbers #impossible #poorcustomerservice #allergies
