@RutgersAltRoute A4: I faced the challenge of creating multiple different assessments to cater to student’s individual needs. I decided to reroute and take a creative approach and had them do projects that reflected their strengths in each topic and allow them to express themselves.

@RutgersAltRoute A3: Framing classroom discussion with positive feedback can encourage students to make mistakes but still be confident in their ability to take action in the classroom. Rerouting a mistake to show how they possibly got to their answer and how to get to the right one is crucial.

@RutgersAltRoute A4: I empower students to take charge of embracing their own learning by creating different materials tha students can write on and create instructional aides for their studying. This comes in a series of vocab lists and diagrams.

@RutgersAltRoute A3: As a gym teacher, it is part of my lessons to break down the different aspects of each game to help all students understand the activity. This helps everyone perfect skills while not leaving anyone out either. #TeacherEd #SpEd

@RutgersAltRoute A2: I have had a few instances of verbal harassment that have occurred in my classroom by one individual, who doesn't seem to quit! I've noticed that it negatively alters the environment and makes students not want to be around him or in class period. #SafeSchools #TeacherEd

@RutgersAltRoute A3: AI discourages critical thinking in students. They use it for their assignments and never have an opportunity to take the information in, since they are simply copying and pasting everything. If they do read it through, there's no way to tell what is true #TeacherEd #EdTech
