@AshleyBurkeCBC I spent 3 hours at the gate on Dec. 18 waiting for a flight crew.

Once we boarded we spent an additional 3 hours on the tarmac waiting for a ground crew to load luggage!

At no point in the preceding 3 hours did they think to load bags.

That's not weather, that's incompetence.
