Interesting the bigotry of low expectations. Mehdi is careful with the words he chooses. He didn't say even 90%... he said 100% (well, 110%). Two of the fatwa in 1996 & 1998 against the US was specifically due to us being "in the holy land" even though we were INVITED by the country's own government to be there. You can say it makes sense that SOME may not like that or even be angry... but to twist that into a water down (arguably, justification) reason for targeting almost exclusively CIVILIANS is an insane take! And for some reason, you only see this justification with Muslim Groups/Muslim-Majority nations!
