ALL ROADS LEAD TO ROBERT MUGABE SQUARE: HARARE SET FOR MASSIVE #CAB3 SOLIDARITY RALLY
The capital is bracing for a show of force on Tuesday, 16 June 2026, as the All Citizens Solidarity Rally descends on Robert Mugabe Square from 1000hrs, celebrating President ED Mnangagwa's works and achievements under the banner of Constitutional Amendment Bill No. 3.
Organisers have thrown the gates wide open. Members of Parliament and councillors from across Zimbabwe have been invited, alongside bishops, pastors, churches and congregants a deliberate signal that the #CAB3 movement is positioning itself as a national, cross-sectoral wave rather than a party affair. The Guest of Honour is Dr Paul Tungwarara, Presidential Investment and Empowerment Advisor, whose Presidential Borehole Drilling Programme, Presidential Solar Scheme and Village Business Units have become the face of grassroots development delivery countrywide. He will be joined on the podium by a heavyweight line-up including Senator Charles Tawengwa, National Political Commissar Cde Munyaradzi Machacha, Politburo members Cde Douglas Mahiya and Senator Omega Hungwe, Harare Provincial Chairman Cde Godwills Masimirembwa, and CCC figures Hon. Susan Matsunga and Cde Francis Badzarigere.
The programme promises solidarity messages on CAB3 from all ten provinces, empowerment testimonies from party wings, and updates from affiliates on empowerment received framed by organisers under the rallying cry: "The people have spoken."
And in true Zimbabwean fashion, there will be free food and a braai for all who attend.Whether one stands for or against CAB3, Tuesday's gathering will be a measure of the movement's mobilising muscle in the capital.
"As we come to the end of these Bilateral Talks, I wish to thank you, Your Excellency, for your able and effective stewardship as co-chair of this defining meeting. The frank, constructive and forward-looking engagements we held reaffirm the enduring bonds of the fraternal relations between our two Republics. Our discussions have been guided by shared history and collective commitment to building prosperous and self-reliant economies.
This State Visit has provided us with an important opportunity to elevate our bilateral relations to a higher level. It has deepened and consolidated our ideals of Pan-Africanism, South-South cooperation and the aspiration for African unity, integration as well as shared prosperity. The partnership between our two nations must now decisively move from dialogue to tangible results. This must be anchored on timely and coordinated implementation. Inclusive development and equitable growth, that benefit our two economies and peoples should remain key objectives.
I commend the productive work undertaken by our Ministers and officials across the various sectors," H. E President Mnangagwa

He is a leader focused on development, not empty rhetoric. Constitutional Amendment Bill No. 3 (CAB3) will play a significant role in safeguarding the future of our children and generations to come by ensuring continuity, stability, and the effective implementation of long-term national development programmes.
Despite the many challenges that His Excellency President Emmerson Dambudzo Mnangagwa has faced during his presidency, he has remained resolute in steering Zimbabwe forward. Under his leadership, the nation has continued to invest in critical infrastructure, modernise key sectors of the economy, improve service delivery, and strengthen its engagement with the international community.
His commitment to Vision 2030 has laid a foundation for sustainable growth and prosperity, ensuring that Zimbabwe remains afloat and continues on its path towards becoming an upper-middle-income economy.
Well done, Cde President @edmnangagwa. Your dedication, resilience, and focus on nation-building continue to inspire many Zimbabweans. Nyika inovakwa nevene vayo.
