JBW is now CDER Group! Our brand new twitter account is in the making. While we work behind the scenes to get it up and running, continue to watch this space to hear from us!
CDER Group is making a real contribution to the Government’s response to the COVID-19 pandemic by helping the HSE ensure that businesses and workplaces nationwide are COVID-secure. https://t.co/BB83Zg1TlC
With the end of the suspension on 23rd August our enforcement officers have returned to work and we are taking all necessary measures to protect our staff and customers during the #covid19 crisis
On 24th June, the government brought in legislation to stop enforcement officers from visiting customers’ homes to protect everyone’s safety during the #covid19 crisis.
Since then, our JBW / CDER group employees have been helping out in their local communities by delivering food parcels and medications to those in need #volunteering
Our approach to #fairness at CDER Group (formerly known as JBW) aims to find the right balance between effective recovery of funds on behalf of our clients and treating people #fairly and compassionately.
At CDER Group (formerly JBW), we acknowledge there is a link between debt problems and health issues which is why we provide tailored #support to our customers.
Our aim as JBW and now as CDER Group is to go further than words by demonstrating how we treat our clients, customers and staff #fairly through our fairness charter system. For more info: https://t.co/b5GHR2W75b
At CDER Group (formerly JBW) we have worked closely with the #debt advice sector to recognise and provide tailored support for #vulnerablepeople who may be dealing with health problems, life events or crises.
We have invested in industry-leading data tools that ensure we meet the high standards we set and treat everyone we deal with fairly, with real-time monitoring of our activity, performance and customer satisfaction.
We have developed a #vulnerabilitystrategy, setting out clear principals for treating customers fairly and ensuring tailored #support for customers who may be dealing with health problems, life events or crises that leave them vulnerable.
We use industry-wide best practices by using the Standard Financial Statement to give people #confidence to meet their repayments, accounting for their individual circumstances.
During #lockdown, Kate Benson, from our Audit Team, has been taking time out from her apprenticeship work by becoming a #volunteer in her local community to deliver #foodparcels and medicine to the vulnerable in Thurrock. #CommunityHeros
We provide #affordable repayment and offer #support which includes extended payment plans, payment breaks and reset payment plans, returning cases to clients where necessary.
