A mob of HUNDREDS of "teens" ATTACKED POLICE at a Baltimore festival, PELTING OFFICERS WITH BOTTLES until the city declared a "CIVIL UNREST ZONE" and put a police HELICOPTER over the park!!!

This was AFRAM, one of the biggest African American festivals on the East Coast, celebrating its 50th anniversary over Juneteenth weekend.

And around 8 p.m., roughly 100 "teens" turned it into an ALL OUT BRAWL with police. Hurling bottles and ANYTHING THEY COULD FIND.

MULTIPLE officers were assaulted.

It got so bad the city declared part of the park a civil unrest zone and sent up the Foxtrot helicopter to help clear it.

...BUT WAIT, that wasn't even the first incident that day.
