The total charge represents over half the value of the original ticket, for what should be a simple admin change.
Can you explain how a fee of this magnitude can possibly be justified? What actual costs are being incurred that warrant charging £11.60 to amend a £19.10 ticket?

@Se_Railway 1/2 Your amendment policy is frankly indefensible. Charging a £10 administration fee, plus a further £1.60 to issue a replacement e-ticket, on a ticket that originally cost £19.10 is blatant profiteering.
