well after the first week of this switch to online, i’m not sure how i feel about it. i’m finding it challenging to stay on top of all of the moving parts for 6 different classes. i’m hoping it gets easier as the semester progresses and i get used to it #distancelearning #fsu2040

wow! i think zoom is one of the best tools for this whole distance learning period because it’s about as close to a real classroom setting as you can get when we’re all at our respective homes. this is interesting to me that NY has banned its use #zoom #distancelearning

I honestly think shifting classes to online will be a good test for how prepared teachers are for using technology to teach their students. This is a huge adjustment for a lot of teachers, so it’ll be interesting to see how it all goes! #fsu2040

I loved going into the #collegeofeducation technology sandbox this week! There were so many new cool tools that I could definitely see being beneficial in the classroom. My personal favorite to play with was the 3D pen, but the SmartBoard would be the most beneficial for me.

I really like how we have a week dedicated to public schools and the betterment of them. I support these nonviolent actions, like just wearing the color red, taken for bettering our public school system! #floridaeducation

I had no idea what Diigo was until class today but I see how it can be very useful in my future classroom. It allows us to save websites we find beneficial, annotate these websites, and share with groups. #fsu2040
