I am being very direct, but my position requires both points and cannot be taken piecemeal. This is what is causing us to be grouped in with cultures that are not our own.

You cannot define it with mathematical precision. Also, you cannot separate the experiences from the physical characteristics of common ancestry as you are attempting to do.
