The CEC Cougars are heading to the first SSNS Provincial Championships since 2019! Follow along on Instagram (cectrackandfield) for highlights of the weekend as 57 Cougars attempt to better our 3 banner performance from three years ago at Acadia University!

Day 1 of Districts saw some great results. But more importantly, it's amazing to be back competing again as a TEAM!

Tomorrow, first the first time since 2019, the CEC Cougars Track & Field Team will don the orange and blue and get back on the track at the District Competition!

Tomorrow, the CEC T&F Team will host the first annual Indoor Cougar Classic track and field meet. This will be the first competition for the Cougars since 2019 and will be a great warm up for Districts.

Athletes interested in coming out for the CEC T&F Team are asked to join this season's Google Classroom (different than last year). The Classroom code is posted on Coach LaPointe's bulletin board next to Rm 48. Please join right away as an important announcement was just posted.
