Thanks to DivaDance WILCO who choreographed a dance and brought cupcakes for Station 2 firefighters. This was in recognition of the hard work and dedication of firefighters who responded to the Parmer Lane Fire. They also raised funds to support victims of the fire.
Our Annual Compliance Report was accepted by the Center for Public Safety Excellence. This marks the 10th year of being an Accredited Agency.
There are only 116 fire departments in the nation to receive both an ISO 1 Classification and Accredited Status.

The Commissioners Court issued a county-wide burn ban effective Tuesday, July 18, starting at noon, due to severe drought and dry conditions. The burn ban is not to exceed 90 days and may be lifted by the County Judge if conditions improve.
