Cedar Park, we want to hear from you!
The City of Cedar Park has established a Bond Advisory Task Force (BATF) to help evaluate potential capital improvement projects and provide recommendations to City Council regarding a possible future bond election.
As part of that process, the BATF is asking residents to share their preliminary thoughts on potential bond program areas, including:
• Mobility: Roadways, intersections, shared-use paths, trails, and safe crossings
• Public Safety Facilities
• Parks Projects
General Obligation (GO) bonds are one tool cities can use to fund major, long-term infrastructure investments. Any GO bond program would require voter approval. Cedar Park has previously used Bond Advisory Task Forces to help develop bond programs in 2001, 2007, 2015, and 2022.
Now, the BATF wants to hear from you.
Your feedback will help the task force better understand community priorities as it reviews potential projects to maintain existing infrastructure and assets while addressing current and future needs.
Take the survey: https://t.co/K39gjFKZQT
Survey open: October 6 through October 20, 2026
This survey is an early opportunity to participate in the process. Additional opportunities to learn more and provide feedback will be available as the review continues.
Share your perspective and help inform the conversation about Cedar Park’s future infrastructure needs.
