In 2012, Barack Obama signed the Smith-Mundt Modernization Act which effectively nullified the Smith-Mundt Act of 1948. This laid the groundwork for the legalization of the endless mainstream media propaganda littering the Electro-Static airwaves today.

Here's a clip of C-SPAN discussing it as well as Operation MOCKINGBIRD and of course one host host dismissed it as "Conspiracy Theories" but her co-host next to her decided to drop Truth bombs on C-SPAN:

I've watched almost all of Charlie's debates, and when the left's cruelty presented itself following his assassination, I thought surely, none of these people watched a single one of his debates and were doing exactly what the entire Democrat Party does.
