Me: "I can understand..."
Patient: "No you can't, first two babies were on his birthday"
Me: "I see. Let's see how we can work things out."
*checks the 2 dates
Me: "baby will still be preterm on your birthday. His birthday is more suitable... you don't want to have a preterm baby"
*husband smiling in the corner
Patient: "Men supporting Men. I don't understand this romance... I need to see a female doctor, she'll understand..."

Nagelsmann ain't ruthless! Should be shown the door.
Preferred star studded names rather than impact based players.
When was the last time you saw Germany bow out in PK infact you almost always don't want to play them in PKs.
Abegeth....
My observations on Germany:
Firstly, Leroy Sane.
I couldn’t believe he was starting all the games, he lasted 88mins today before being subbed, that’s unbelievable because he has not impressed in this World Cup. I saw a joke where a German said he heard his neighbour screaming, he thought Germany had scored, but no, he was celebrating that Sane was subbed off😂
Secondly, Undav was their wild card, he was their Chicharito, always coming on to score…but Nagelsmann chose to start him ahead of Musiala today. When games went wrong, Undav was the guy, but when it went wrong today, there was no one to bring on. I’m a big fan of players earning their spot and fair enough, Undav did earn his spot in the starting XI, but not sure Musiala was the right player to bench. Sane is right there in front of you. Musiala ended up playing on the right and did better than Sane did.
Florian Wirtz was subpar in this tournament but he was starting every game.
Nmecha led us on against Curacao and ghosted after that game. He could not sustain what he made us taste after the first game.
Germany’s midfield went from Bastian, Kroos, Ballack, and the likes to Pavlovic, Nmecha, Amiri, and co. These are decent players but not elite or generational. I would have expected Kimmich in midfield instead.
I’m not sure I saw Nagelsmann play in a particular way, no beautiful football. Even if it’s Ghen Ghen pressing, let’s see a style, he was literally spamming crosses today. How can Germany base their game on “cross and non”.
Ivory Coast outplayed them and I would have expected him to improve on that game afterwards, but obviously didn’t. He must take part of the blame. Paraguay are underdogs, but it’s not like Germany were all that.
Lastly, the penalty kicks were very poor. It’s tournament football, every team must train for penalties. Those penalties were awful.
Eric here again with every bit of our silent thoughts.
The month of June is for Men’s mental health, and we are saying thank you to all the men out there making sacrifices to attain fulfillment for their families.
To all Fathers out there 🙌🏾🫡
Big respect to you all choosing to do things differently, breaking cycles, staying present, and showing up fully for their children.
Fatherhood today is intentional, not just financial, but physical, emotional and spiritual too.
From consistent bedtime routines, and solo parenting when mum is away, to sharing the mental load, attending activities, and being consistently involved beyond just “fun dad” moments, this is what modern fatherhood looks like🙌🏾
And to the older generation of dads, thank you for what you were able to give with what you had. We’re building on that foundation you laid for us❤️
Proud of the shift. Proud of the effort. Proud of the love our kids are receiving ❤️
Happy Father’s Day to us✨
You'll go to Norway alone in winter, play for Bodo/Glimt, suffer two ACL injuries, play in the Europa League for Union St. Gilloise, win top scorer in the Europa League, play in the Bundesliga, win Rookey of the Month back to back, win the Bundesliga, play for your country, play in the UCL, play in a top 5 European league, and one Somtochukwu on this cruciate app, who clearly hasn't experienced any of this will still say you know nothing about what has given you so much joy, pain, and fulfilment.
Una get mouth o, and an inordinate level of audacity, fully powered and empowered by availability a.k.a see finish.
PARALYSIS FOUR DAYS AFTER C-SECTION.
READ. SHARE. REPOST.
Dear @Hybrid_Ola,
Please share this with the family. Let me share my advice as one experienced in this.
A lot of people will immediately assume the C-section caused the paralysis, but medicine is often more complex than that.
Paralysis developing 4 days after a Caesarean birth is not a normal or expected outcome of surgery, and it requires urgent medical evaluation. Possible causes can include rare complications related to spinal/epidural anaesthesia (such as bleeding around the spinal cord, infection, or nerve injury), blood clots affecting the brain or spinal cord, severe infections, pre-existing neurological conditions that became apparent around the time of delivery, or other uncommon medical conditions.
The important thing to understand is that "after a C-section" does not automatically mean "because of the C-section." Timing alone does not prove the cause. A thorough assessment by obstetricians, anaesthetists, neurologists, and appropriate imaging studies is usually needed to determine what happened.
Thankfully, such severe neurological complications after Caesarean birth are extremely rare. Any woman who develops weakness, numbness, difficulty walking, loss of bladder or bowel control, or paralysis after delivery should seek immediate medical attention, as early diagnosis can significantly affect treatment and recovery.
She must be taken to a tertiary hospital. She shouldn't miss this window where she can be managed well. In some nerve injuries, recovery could be slow.
This is so beautiful to see. The father doesn’t even realize the gravity of what happened yet, but he’s happy for his son. The fact that no matter what I achieve, I will not have the luxury of telling my father like this actually made me emotional.
This is the beginning of greatness for Zadok and his family. I almost shed a tear while watching the video because I know how tough it is coming from this part of the world.
The fact that he made this leap in just a year is the most inspiring part of his journey. I wish Zadok the very best in his future endeavors and hope the undiscovered talents from this end get their chance in due time.
May all genuinely moving men meet their luck.
This Arsenal team restored belief, pride, and greatness. Through pressure, doubt, and battles, they stood tall and conquered the hardest league in the world. This was not luck. This was quality, mentality, resilience, and pure dominance. The world doubted, but Arsenal believed. Congratulations to the king of English football. Arsenal Football Club. ❤️🏆
