Seeing talk about the Leafs flatlining not being Craig Berube's fault. Yes the players bear some of it but look at the guys who left last offseason (Timmins, Holmberg, Dewar) all were deployed differently than with Berube (and to their strengths) and all had way better reuslts

@domluszczyszyn This award and coach of the year is pretty pointless because of how people. Pick the team that most exceeded expectations but were hyped as a sleeper in pre-season, are they young and did they add in free agency? Thats Manager of the year.
