The Supreme Court just handed Bayer-Monsanto a shield against lawsuits over pesticides causing cancer.

This is a tragedy for MAHA.

And it’s a disaster for Republicans.

Why?

70% of Americans OPPOSE protecting pesticide companies from lawsuits.

That is an overwhelming majority.

Yet President Trump’s DOJ sided with Bayer-Monsanto against MAHA in the case.

The American people are on the side of health freedom.

That is what we voted for in 2024.

But our movement is not defeated.

In fact, we’re stronger than ever.

We are now one of the most powerful independent voting blocs in the country.

And we’re not going anywhere.
