I don't think this will be successful and I will state my reasons.
1. From 3 weeks to 6 weeks means we will spend more money.
2. Civilians heading it means we will have more lack of discipline.
3. It's difficult to learn a skill in 6 weeks in a crowded environment. Too many people in uncomfortable position.

The skills would have been better in the CDS. That's like the small community.
We will see the implementation and see the results.

a 25-28 year old who did NYSC between 2022 and now won’t suggest half of these things, and they’re in a better position to suggest reforms.

it’s only someone who hasn’t been to camp recently that’ll suggest that people should be there for six weeks.
