Tough question but I'm voting #for@MikeHBritland A CL who is also SLT can utilise experience of strategic planning and driving improvements in other areas and also ensure that CEIAG in particular careers within the curriculum is a school priority for all staff.
Great start to the session with @LyftaEd.. already reflecting on our Geography curriculum and how we need to include more positive, diverse stories when learning about different places

Think before you talk #careers with a student. Is the advice you're about to give, 1. Up to date? 2 Impartial? 3 In the best interests of the student? #CareersEd4Teachers
Careers in Curriculum- Create a benchmark for subject areas to work towards e.g. Specify amount of careers learning you expect in each yr group. Specify FE/HE & employer events depts should run per yr. Start slow & build each yr. Could initially be 1 FE visit for 1 small group.
Top Tips for Careers Leaders 1/10
Core Offer - Figure out what you currently do well and what can be ditched. Work on a program of core events that work AND can be replicated each year. Start with 2 per Yr group per year and build over time.
