From now on I will personally steer ANY and ALL friends away from #Sears. @ChrisBrathw8 customercare is #1 to most in USA. Hire Americans.

[DEBRA DEANGELO @CelebDebb]

#Sears rep "I see your 3rd replacement order is processing keep us in the loop" is NOT a sufficient answer for damaged items @ChrisBrathw8

[DEBRA DEANGELO @CelebDebb]

@ChrisBrathw8 please hire #Sears customer service that actually PROVIDE customer service.

[DEBRA DEANGELO @CelebDebb]

#Sears asks about my bad experience.I send msg in detail. Response "Ty.I see your 3rd replacement order is processing keep us in the loop"

[DEBRA DEANGELO @CelebDebb]

@Sears I specifically asked for the item to be wrapped securely since it was damaged 1st time! 2nd one was even damaged WORSE! #3 a charm?

[DEBRA DEANGELO @CelebDebb]

@Sears your customer service team sucks! They offer nothing & the customer is frustrated & angry to keep getting broken items!

[DEBRA DEANGELO @CelebDebb]

@Sears I get NOTHING! I get shipping charges OR I must go to store if I want free shipping! ARE YOU SERIOUS? 2x item comes damaged!

[DEBRA DEANGELO @CelebDebb]

@Sears it took 37min to reorder for 3rd time an item that has come 2x damaged! What do I get for my time wasted on returning/reordering?

[DEBRA DEANGELO @CelebDebb]

@Sears the order WAS placed. After 5 days trying online without success,4 calls,3 endless hours of dropped calls & git damaged items.
