@HM_Passport Thanks for response, I have been calling the advice line everyday since the delay in the passport arrival and I there has been no resolution. I missed a holiday due to this and no at risk of missing a second holiday mid May.

@Medela_UK I rented a medela symphony double pump, it arrived today but is disappointingly fault, “system error” message comes up afte I power on. I urgently need to express milk for my baby hence why I rented the item. I have spent all morning calling customer service no answer
