Despite being at a higher risk of dying from flu, asthmatics who take inhaled steroids and have been shielding have been removed from Group 6 as we have the same risk of dying from COVID-19 as everyone else! Long COVID effects?

@trainsimworld Looking forward to tonight's livestream. Unfortunately, the preview video for the route contains a typo for one of the bilingual signs (0:55 - presumably platform 4 at Cardiff Central). Information in Welsh should be spelt as gwybodaeth (rather than gwybodieth).
@JeremyVineOn5 "Rabbit" was a 1980 song by Chas & Dave and was used in adverts for Courage Bitter. The song is about a relationship between a man and a woman, in which the man expresses his love for his girlfriend, but complains that she will not stop talking or, "rabbiting".
@JeremyVineOn5 Out of the 10 new Welsh words added to the OED - grandfather has both tadcu and taid (South/Mid and North Wales versions respectively); yet grandmother seems to use mamgu (South/Mid Wales only). Nain, the Welsh word for grandmother in North Wales appears to be missing!๐ด๓ ง๓ ข๓ ท๓ ฌ๓ ณ๓ ฟ๐ญ
@JeremyVineOn5 Sean Connery also starred in the independent film "Never Say Never Again" (1983); David Niven starred in the spoof indie film "Casino Royale" (1967); whilst Bond was first portrayed on screen by American actor Barry Nelson, in a 1954 Climax! TV adaptation of "Casino Royale".
Ydi arwydd y t๏ฟฝ๏ฟฝ tafarn yn episod Cymreig "73 Yards" nos Sadwrn nesaf o raglen @BBCWales "Doctor Who" wedi ei gyfieithu'n gywir o "The Dead Wood" i "Y Pren Marw" neu beidio? Cyfeirir pren at ddeunydd pren, a choed at goeden / coedwig.
@bbcdoctorwho Has the pub sign in 73 Yards been correctly translated from "The Dead Wood" to "Y Pren Marw"? Pren should be used for wood (=material); but coed should be used for wood (=forest). The pub sign shows a central dead tree (amongst other dead trees), which suggests not! @BBCWales๐ด๓ ง๓ ข๓ ท๓ ฌ๓ ณ๓ ฟ
@JeremyVineOn5@Kevin_Maguire@thecarolemalone@theJeremyVine This Christmas think about unpaid carers (no pay, no holiday entitlements) who save the government ยฃ162bn / year in England and Wales, compared to an estimated ยฃ164bn in funding for the NHS in 2020-21. The cost of replacement care - paid carers - was valued at ยฃ25 / hour in 2021.
@JeremyVineOn5@theJeremyVine Most Christians celebrate the Nativity (Christmas) on December 25 of the Gregorian calendar (since October 1582); although part of the Eastern Christian Churches still celebrate the Nativity on December 25 Julian, which currently (until 2100) corresponds to January 7 Gregorian.
@JeremyVineOn5@theJeremyVine Harold II was crowned in Westminster Abbey on 6 January 1066. As the Battle of Hastings occurred on 14 October 1066, William I could not have been crowned in March as claimed, but was crowned in Westminster Abbey on Christmas Day, December 25, 1066.
@JeremyVineOn5@narindertweets@Lowri_Turner@theJeremyVine We sadly live in a materialistic world. What really matters is that a child is loved, rather than getting the newest phone, tablet, designer gear, foreign holidays etc. Avoid spiralling debt just to buy your children's love. Didn't have much as a 70s child, but always felt loved.
@trainsimworld It can't be worse than any other TSW4 "feature" that systematically crashes (e.g. "Resume Journey(s)" from the top menu screen always crashes on PS4, although accessing "Journey Mode" from "To The Trains" works correctly.
@trainsimworld Why not incorporate volumetric fog as an option for PS4 Pro and other Gen 8 consoles? If it really hammers GPU / CPU performance, allow us the option to switch it on via the menus for shorter routes e.g. IoW and switch it off it if it causes crashes.
@trainsimworld Enjoy the experience, try not to let the negativity of the forums get you down, and be prepared to re-mortgage your house if you want to acquire all route / loco add-ons. ๐คฃ Take advantage of numerous sales throughout the year.
@bbcdoctorwho Rose Noble makes stuffed toys in her garden shed. Is she making toys for The Toymaker? Is she The Toymaker in disguise? Will future Rose become The Toymaker? Too much of a coincidence knowing RTD (apart from nice references to Daleks, Cybermen, Ood, Adipose etc.)
