Does the size of the transaction affect gas price?

@CyrptoMac @crypto_birb The problem is alts pump at different times, I find one coin up a bunch while the rest are still dormant, then when the rest come up the first one dips. Alt season is about jumping on Lilly pads to avoid drowning.
