Finished the Central London Congress U1650 at 3/5, with my only loss to the runaway winner. Fun tournament with some battling games (rd.5 in particular, a real arm-wrestle). Nice to gain back a few of the points I lost last month.

Having one of those ‘the more I study the worse I play’ reversal years. Back-to-back losses to start the London league season after donating a ton of excess Elo before I left the US. Tough game, this.
