How do you guys remember to drink water? 🤣 I keep asking google why I have acne and everything points to needing water (because coffee doesn't seem to count, but if it did I'd have the best skin around)!

@gooddgrrl That's a good idea! I always start with coffee and then I forget to drink water until about 3-4 pm unless I'm at work lol.

@NateLWatkins1 @Sakurasoubuste1 I just meant to say that he cannot express himself the way most people can. He instead acts out violently and isn't able to understand reason. I don't think my comment is in any way offensive as this is how Drs and therapists have referred to my brother

@Sakurasoubuste1 I feel like this movie would be so hard to watch! My brother is severely autistic. He isn't very vocal, he's very tall and can get into these very violent trantrums where people usually end up bruised when they try to calm him down.

It's been two days without gluten and I feel way more energized already! I had no idea I wasn't energized before! Gonna go steal the declaration of independence or maybe just go get some groceries 🤣😀 I'll decide in the car.
