The job of an AD is getting harder & harder. Many parents do not care they are hurting the program when they talk badly about the school, program, & coaches. Which ultimately hurts their own kids & their success. I know so many who’ve gotten out. Nearly all are because of parents

It’s amazing what the weight room does for an athletic program. I got to be a part of two great sessions with the football and softball teams today.

I have never seen a team get worse by getting in the weight room and getting stronger.
