As a parent of 2 adults with ADHD, I'm aware of how the challenges change once your kids turn 18. Whether they are 18 or 40 years old, this new support session is for you https://t.co/4CXTgSO8Fn
I visited the site for the ADHD retreat this morning. The sun was out and the eucalyptus trees looked stunning. I'm hoping to have purchased the beautiful 15 acres of Gower woodland and fields by the end of March 🤞 #adhdsupport#adhdcommunity#adhd

So excited to show some pictures from the site where the ADHD escape will be. There will be a log cabin in the woods and an earthen house in the orchard. Follow me to see how it progresses. #adhdwellbeing#adhdretreat#adhd#adhdsupport#adhdre

Really happy to be starting my journey to create a retreat for people with ADHD. If people are interested, or have any ideas (eg, there will be a sauna and plunge pool) let me know.

Wanna get come distance from ARC?
Try @AdvanceADHD's Motivatornator tool!

I hosted my first support group with @ADHDUK yesterday. I met some amazing people :) So looking forward to the next one: the theme will be 'ADHD and hormones'. Menopause, perimenopause, PMS, PMDD and so on... look out for it!
There's lots of good advice in this thread, and it seems to be of two types, writing in general and then specifically writing longer projects (thread).
Do you find that you are in a constant state of urgency?
Do you tend to avoid tasks that you can put off to tomorrow?
These are examples of common habitual responses to time.
We share two client examples Monday.

By the time I found a doctor to manage my ADHD meds, I was desperate to find someone who would actually listen to me. "I believe you." That's all she said. It was so powerful. She will be my doctor forever because of those words.
