@badthrowcam Yeah it's crazy. They wanted to go from 26 to 36/sqft. Wouldn't negotiate. Said it was that or exit the space. So the neighborhood coffee shop got pushed out of the neighborhood. Makes no sense. But our OG Plaza Midwood shop isn't going anywhere!
