Celebrating a Distinguished Journey of Service

Insp/Min Ashok Kumar was accorded a warm farewell by DG, CRPF, Shri @gpsinghips, along with senior officers, at Force HQ, on the completion of more than 35 years of dedicated service to the Force.

Insp/Min Ashok Kumar joined CRPF in 1990 as Ct/GD and, after successfully passing the Departmental Examination, was appointed as ASI/Min in July 2000. He served with utmost dedication across various parts of the country, including J&K, Uttar Pradesh, Arunachal Pradesh, Assam and Odisha, at various ranks.

His distinguished service was recognised with the Ati Utkrisht Seva Medal and DG’s Commendation Certificate on multiple occasions.

CRPF salutes his exemplary service and steadfast dedication to the Force and the Nation, and extends its best wishes to him for good health, happiness and a fulfilling journey ahead.

🔹 6,508 Audiences Conducted (5,921 by DG)

Out of these, 3765 (58%) cases were resolved in favour of petitioning personnel, 2556 were not found suitable for consideration, 187 are pending for decision. Continuous efforts are underway to redress all pending applications pertaining to grievances and representations.

महानिदेशालय, केरिपुबल, नई दिल्‍ली में दिनांक 29 सितम्‍बर 2026 को आयोजित हिंदी दिवस समापन समारोह के दौरान श्री ज्ञानेन्‍द्र प्रताप सिंह, महानिदेशक, सीआरपीएफ द्वारा पश्चिम बंगाल सेक्‍टर मुख्‍यालय, सीआरपीएफ, कोलकाता को राजभाषा के सर्वश्रेष्‍ठ कार्यान्‍वयन हेतु ‘ग’ क्षेत्र की श्रेणी में द्वितीय स्‍थान प्राप्‍त करने पर राजभाषा शील्‍ड से सम्‍मानित किया गया। श्री शलभ माथुर, भा.पु.से, महानिरीक्षक, पश्चिम बंगाल सेक्‍टर ने महानिदेशक, सीआरपीएफ से राजभाषा शील्‍ड एवं प्रशस्ति प्रमाण पत्र ग्रहण किया। समारोह में बल मुख्‍यालय के सभी वरिष्‍ठ अधिकारीगण एवं शील्‍ड प्राप्‍त कार्यालयों के कार्यालय प्रमुख भी उपस्थित थे।
