One of my greatest achievements this year, next to our brands, is building my own community called MRR Ecom Mastery together with @der_remo

It was an idea I had at the beginning of this year: bring MRR brand owners together in one community and give them value they won't find anywhere else. We launched it in May 2026

A community that actually learns from founders who have built, lost and rebuilt in public

MRR Mastery has now reached 300 members. A community I built organically, just by posting on Instagram and YouTube

I can send a message in a group with 6-8 figure founders who are able to help me and each other out, and give updates on what is currently working in the space

I never said I spy on competitors and copy-paste their strategies to generate free winners through General Dropshipping. Since I am gonna stop with General Dropshipping I am gonna share it. ❤️

📘 SOP:

1️⃣ Spy on Competitors: Identify competitors with 200+ active ads. Analyze their best-performing ads and use tools like ChatGPT to enhance and optimize the creatives.

2️⃣ Optimize Listings: Create a similar listing but make it better! Use tools like Canva to upgrade product images and write more compelling copy. Always aim to outshine their quality.

3️⃣ The Wildcard Move: Ban their Facebook page (yes, you read that right), then launch your ads to grab the algorithm advantage they had. 😂
