BREAKING UPDATE - TEXAS - DO YOU KNOW WHERE YOUR TAX DOLLARS ARE GOING!?

A Muslim Brotherhood-tied Islamic school in Texas allegedly let a known teen predator back on campus, offered the rape victim money instead of calling police - and it is now queued up for Texas voucher money while it expands.

Yesterday, the lawsuit was exposed....

The Islamic School of Irving sits with the Islamic Center of Irving on land titled to NAIT, the North American Islamic Trust the Brotherhood-linked network that holds mosque and school deeds across America as perpetual waqf.

On September 27, 2024, a contract cleaner, an adult woman, was working after hours. The petition says the doors to the mosque were supposed to be locked. They were not.

A 14-year-old former student was already in a hallway. He had been expelled for exposing himself to a janitor and sexually assaulting a peer.

Months earlier he was charged in Tarrant County with at least three counts of indecent exposure and put on a monitor.

The filing says he grabbed her by the neck, choked her, slammed her into a door, killed the lights, told her he would kill her, raped her, and took her phone.

She ran to a security guard and begged him to call 911. He yelled at her to stop crying. Officials took her to an office and said they would “handle it.”

They walked her back to the room and photographed it themselves. They asked if she was a citizen (WHY!?). They offered her money. They did not call police.

Her mother had to get officers there. They found the boy still on the property.

He pleaded guilty to aggravated sexual assault on December 1, 2025. On February 16, 2026, he got 25 years.

(I have SO many questions about this - and who are his parents? Are there siblings in the home? What will happen when this child gets out of prison? Something seems very off here)

The lawsuit is about who left a known predator on that floor and who, the petition says, chose not to call 911.

The school, board president Naheed Kunnamal, NAIT, and NAIT chairman Gaddoor Saidi are named. The suit seeks more than $1 million.

NAIT’s own pitch is that putting title in the trust “protects” assets from lawsuits. That shield is now a defendant.

This campus already had a former imam ordered to pay $2.55 million after a court found he groomed a young congregant, and a security guard who pleaded guilty to raping a third-grade boy from this school.

We warned you in July.

They are still building the ICI Oasis - $16.5 million, shops and apartments, a projected $1.5 million a year locked in as Brotherhood-style waqf to fund the mosque, the school, and dawah.

Same pulpit where speakers talked about becoming the police and ending the American empire.

And this school is accepting Texas TEFA voucher funds for 2026–27.

Taxpayers would be paying a Brotherhood-tied campus being sued for letting a known predator inside and, the filing says, trying to handle a rape in-house.

Texas: they kept the doors open. They allegedly did not call the police. They are still pouring concrete.

Do not give them voucher money. What is happening in Texas!?
