HAPPY INDEPENDENCE DAY, NIGERIA! 🇳🇬
Today, we celebrate 66 years of Nigeria’s independence, a moment to honour the sacrifices of our founding fathers and reflect on the responsibility we all carry to build the Nigeria we want to leave for the generations coming after us.
Despite the challenges we have faced as a nation, I remain deeply hopeful about Nigeria. Our greatest strength is our people, and our enormous human and natural resources give us every reason to believe in what our country can become.
This is a time for unity, patriotism and collective responsibility. We must continue to work together towards a Nigeria that is peaceful, secure, productive and prosperous.
I congratulate President Bola Ahmed Tinubu, the Federal Government, governments at all levels and every Nigerian on this 66th Independence Anniversary.
For us in Oyo State, the same spirit of nation building must guide our vision. Our state has enormous potential in agriculture, commerce, industry, tourism and human capital. We must turn these resources into opportunities for our people through purposeful leadership and deliberate development.
My vision for Oyo is centred on education, healthcare, security, agriculture, infrastructure, youth opportunities, economic development, improved welfare and local government autonomy.
I believe in a Nigeria that works. I believe in an Oyo that works.
May God continue to bless our country, strengthen our people and guide our leaders.
Happy Independence Day, Nigeria. 🇳🇬

PART 2: EVIDENCE PETER OBI LIED
This is the first tranche of payment to Anambra State workers—entitlements left unpaid by Peter Obi in his eight years as governor, now being paid by Gov. Soludo’s administration.
THE ENERGY IS REAL!!!
Today, my running mate, Hon. Adesoji Adedeji, took the Oyo AHEAD message to Ogbomoso and Saki, and the response was powerful.
From Soun Ogunlola Town Hall, Ogbomoso, to Saki City Hall, APC youths and supporters came out in numbers, bringing the energy, excitement and belief that Oyo can move AHEAD.
The message was clear: our youths are not waiting for the future. They are ready to build it.
A big thank you to Hon. Olamijuwonlo Alao Akala, our leaders, APC Youth Leader, women and the City Boys Movement for showing up and showing love.
We also paid our respects to the Okere of Saki, Oba Khalid Olabisi, and honoured the memory of late Governor Otunba Adebayo Alao Akala.
The energy is here. The people are ready. Oyo AHEAD! 🔥
