Now that more eyewitnesses have testified about what really occurred during the face-off between Air Peace and its customers, Nigerians are hoping that the same Peter Obi, who prematurely condemned Senator Adams Oshiomhole and other irate Nigerians who were treated shabbily by that airline, will now apologise for his conduct.

This is the same Peter Obi, who sided with fake drug peddlers at Onitsha Market and supported them over the National Agency for Food and Drug Administration, placing profit over human lives.

The fact remains that when a person or company of Igbo origin is involved, Peter Obi loses all sense of proportion and blindly and partially takes sides with his kith and kin, irrespective of what the evidence and facts say.

That is why it took Peter Obi less than twenty-four hours to condemn Lagos for the lawful demolition of Landmark Beach Resort. It took him less than 12 hours to condemn the Plateau killings. It took him four hours to criticise the Federal Government over the Benue killings.

But once the killing is in the Southeast, and those killed are not Igbo, Peter Obi will suddenly go blind, deaf and mute.

With this new Air Peace incident, Nigerians can once again see that Peter Obi is too clannish to govern a multiethnic, multi-religious and multicultural country like Nigeria.
