@Buseireann Would have been a great msg to convey to the 7:15am bus to Belfast. You might want to notify any other drivers using the tunnel. Also, someone who knows something needs to get to Busáras. A staff member has been directing pax to the wrong place. Buses missed.

@drchatterjeeuk Listening to your podcast whilst pacing the kitchen barefoot and in shoes without insoles. I've just discovered that I have arches again as my hip placement has improved with Pilates. No one ever told me I could get my arches back so didn't know to check!
