@AskNationwide Further to the above, I did DM as requested and was just asked to contact their customer services team directly - which I’ve clearly already done without success. Such a farce! And to top it off, I got a letter in the post saying that if I renew with them they’ll drop the charge.
@grantshapps Please please please, for the love of god, put some teeth behind this directive - the isolation needs to be properly enforced otherwise the people who would care enough to follow it would probably do so without a government directive, and those who don’t will just ignore it!
