This is the third train this week with no aircon- why is it in stock if aircon doesn’t work? @swtrains_watch

@SW_Help why make the 17:35 train from London to Weymouth a stopping service when you said it wasn’t and has a stopping service following us ?The train has no aircon and is packed, extra stops prolongs the pain

@SW_Help I’m on the delayed 17:35 from Waterloo to Weymouth and have just looked that it has been cancelled at Bmth- but no announcement please advise? Apparently a speed restriction due to severe weather?

@SW_Help Please can you let me know if there is any further journey onto Yeovil junction as I have a lady sat next to me that wants to know same train into Basingstoke at 20:12

@SW_Help I am on the Basingstoke train due in at 20:12 - I need to get to Poole from there is there services running behind and can you tell me trains that are leaving Basingstoke to Poole tonight?

@SW_Help Can you tell me why you have advised everyone to go to Basingstoke when you can’t fulfil a service onwards from there? That means that train loads of people are having to get taxis and there is only a limited amount?

@SW_Help When will you be able to confirm? I doubt there will be any taxis available from Basingstoke and will also be very expensive- you must be able to tell us when a train will run to Weymouth?

@SW_Help Is this related to the safety inspection that delayed us all coming back from Waterloo last night as that was between ashurst and beaulie Road ? Not great commuter service currently!

@SW_Help Can you please announce this to us all on the train- communication in these situations is extremely frustrating! We are nearly 30 mins delayed and potentially could of got a taxi to Poole quicker
