Certen enables institutions and AI agents to define who can act, under what authority, with which approvals, and then represent that decision as a verifiable Proof of Intent.
Through this integration, EternaX is planned to become one of the execution networks supported by Certen’s control layer. A Certen Authority Vault on EternaX would verify that governance has been satisfied before assets move, giving institutions:
• One identity and control framework across multiple chains
• Policy-controlled execution on EternaX
• PQ-native transaction authorization, deterministic finality, and crypto-agile settlement
• A path toward post-quantum protection across the broader control stack
The long-term opportunity goes beyond connecting two networks. Together, we can ensure Certen’s identity credentials, validator attestations, and proof architecture upgrade toward end-to-end post-quantum resilience.
