@ibdtweets Medical therapy - sucralfate enemas. SCFA enemas can be attempted for short-term benefit. Corticosteroid enemas for acute radiation proctitis. ASGE 2019 guidelines endorses APC, RFA, bipolar coagulation, And heater probe as endoscopic modalities. Last resort is surgery.
